The 'Golf Today Handicap Tracker' service offered is available in two forms provided by Golfscoretracker, the free standard service and yearly subscription Premium service.

Copyright

The site and content is the copyrighted property of Golfscoretracker. Under no circumstances can any of this information be copied or reproduced without the written consent of Golfscoretracker.

Site Use

Use is for tracking and analyzing your golf game. You may download, copy or print one copy of your details or information for your own personal non-commericial use. Once new information is added to our database this then supersedes any previous information downloaded.

Privacy

You agree to our Privacy Policy.

Modification

Golfscoretracker may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Information / Computer Reliability

The information held by Golfscoretracker is for your benefit whilst using this site and is not used by us or disclosed to any third parties other than to enhance the information provided to you. Information and statistics are held electronically by Golfscoretracker and our partners but is in no way guaranteed to be without loss whilst contained on our servers.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information entered is frequently backed up using the tools provided by us. We do backup data on a daily basis for Premium members but cannot guarantee reliability or accessibility of the data.

We can in no way be liable for any losses resulting in the loss of your information due to computer failure and you hereby indemnify us against and accept responsibility for your own back up measures.

Our service is provided by a hosting company which promotes 99.9% uptime. We endeavour to provide access to this level but there may be occasions when this is out of our control and during upgrades.

Pricing, Charges and System Specifications

We currently offer three levels of service, free account and yearly subscription Premium and Platinum accounts. We reserve the right to alter the accounts and the charges either permanently or during offers.

Premium membership provides access to many additional services that are not available in the free account. Platinum membership provides access to all the services included in Premium membership plus our Golf Handicap Card service. These additional services are also not available in the free account.

We reserve the right to alter available features for each account at our discretion. This will in no way affect existing paid Premium or Platinum members. Services that Premium and Platinum members subscribe to will be available for the full year of membership.

Golfscoretracker does not take any credit card payments nor do we hold any information on credit card transactions. All payments are processed via paypal an eBay company.

Platinum Account and Handicap Card Service

By upgrading your membership to a Platinum Account, which includes the Golfscoretracker Handicap Card Service, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to the Platinum Account. These can been seen here .

Information Database

Information listed throughout the site is provided as is, and Golfscoretracker cannot guarantee that the information is accurate and up to date, although we do our upmost to ensure all information is genuine and as recent as possible.

Disclaimer

The site and services are provided as is and on an available basis. Use of the site constitutes to your full acceptance to these terms and conditions.

Liability/Indemnification

Golfscoretracker assumes no liability for information posted on this site. You accept that Golfscoretracker is no way liable for damages, incidental, direct, indirect, loss of use, loss of data and of any kind resulting from using this site in any way. Golfscoretracker do not use or store cookies but do work closely with ad agencies who may use cookies to track advertising.

Information provided to Golfscoretracker via any of the online forms is only ever held by Golfscoretracker and Golf Today and is not passed on to any third parties unless you have specifically given permission for Golfscoretracker or Golf Today to pass it on to a third party. This information may be used by Golfscoretracker to enhance your experience whilst using the site and provide you with relevant promotions and offers. Golfscoretracker may disclose information recorded within our search database relating to hits or keywords but will never divulge personal identifiable information.

Site Advertising

Advertising displayed on the site is either served by Golfscoretracker or in conjunction with our online media agency.
